The hotel is located in a beautiful and serene location on the valley with the river next to it. The staff at this hotel is very friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities is exceptional. The breakfast provided was amazing, and the hotel facilities were well maintained.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis of calm and indulgence. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations and fulfilled all my needs. the spa with its sauna and hot spring bath provided a perfect spot for relaxation. I enjoyed a fantastic full body massage and beauty treatment in the treatment room. the garden area was stunning, and the open-air bath offered breathtaking views. the restaurant was an exceptional experience, serving divine meals with excellent service.
While the room was generally clean, there were a few furnishings with noticeable stains.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by stunning nature. The fact that every room had its own outdoor hot spring was a real luxury. Another great aspect was the quality of the food which was nothing short of excellent. Moreover, the staff was friendly and welcoming creating a great environment.
Our Christmas stay at this hotel lacked a festive atmosphere. The room decoration was not in line with the Christmas spirit we expected, such a miss in detail given the high price of the stay. Moreover, the lighting in the room created a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. The bed and pillows were too firm for our liking, which made it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

We recently spent Easter at a secluded hotel in the middle of the woods. the gardens were lush and there was a perfect balance between luxury and nature. the private onsen was a highlight, with one outside allowing for complete immersion in the surroundings. the hotel's attentive staff provided complimentary drinks in compensation for an unexpected closure of one of the outdoor onsens. It was easy to enjoy a leisurely hike in the small valley without meeting anyone else, promoting a sense of calm and relaxation.
Although the food was delicious, the dishes were served in a shared dining room, which felt less private than we expected. Some furniture in the room was stained, and the cleanliness of the outdoor tub was subpar.

I recently spent a night in a hotel nestled in a quiet area, close to nature. From the location, you have a panoramic view of the surrounding area that calms the mind. the room was just perfect with a fantastic bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast was a treat with locally sourced ingredients. the hotel had a nice library, and the staff also helped me book sightseeing tours.
